Focus Group Quality
At Market Decisions, we know that focus groups and one-on-one interviews are only as good as their respondents. So we use a stringent, carefully supervised random recruiting system to ensure quality results. Your screening qualifications are scrupulously followed, and you receive constant feedback as the project progresses. We never use a recruiting database unless you specifically approve this approach.
Of course, well-qualified recruits don't help if they don't show. So to ensure a high "show rate" - as high as 90%* - we use a four step recruiting process:
• Respondents are recruited on day one.
• The next day, a supervisor re-contacts the respondent, verifies their qualifications, answers any questions and makes sure that respondents understand their obligation.
• Personalized confirmation letters with directions to the facility are sent.
• The day before their session, every respondent is given a reminder call.
* MDC does not guarantee this show rate but provides the data merely as a performance indicator.
