Your data is considered confidential from the moment it is collected. We never share it with the public or our clients. We report only aggregate data. Individuals are never identified.
Unless you specifically ask us to do so, we never pass along your name, email address or physical address to any other party.
Research participants put their trust in us, and we take that very seriously. We never try to sell any product or service while we're conducting research.

How We Get Email Addresses
Market Decisions gets email addresses from several sources. These include our clients' customer lists and specialized email lists. In either case, those included on the lists are people we understand to have opted in, giving permission to be included in market research projects.
All of our research invitations are screened against our own internal "opt-out" list. While Market Decisions makes every effort to screen lists and remove those who choose to opt-out before using these lists, we cannot guarantee this process is 100% accurate. Market Decisions receives lists from hundreds of sources, and individuals are sometimes found on multiple lists.
