Globe-CATI International Phone Surveys

In the case of large projects, or projects that include many different countries, it makes better sense to contract interviewers in target countries. Market Decisions partners with several research companies around the world to facilitate such projects. But rather than simply sub-contracting the interviewing to other companies, we utilize a web-based telephone interviewing (CATI) system, which Market Decisions developed specifically for this situation: Globe-CATI. Interviewers around the world can log on to a secure website and conduct the survey in a fashion similar to using the traditional telephone “CATI” software (Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing) There are several advantages to using Globe-CATI:
