Ensuring Quality
At Market Decisions we know that focus groups and one-on-one interviews are only as good as their respondents. Market Decisions uses a stringent, carefully supervised random recruiting system to ensure quality results. Your screening qualifications are scrupulously followed and you receive constant feedback as the project progresses. We never use a recruiting database unless you specifically approve this approach.
To ensure a high "show rate," we employ a four-step recruiting process:
- Respondents are recruited on day one.
- The next day, a supervisor re-contacts the respondent, verifies their qualifications, answers any questions, and ensures respondents understand their obligation.
- Personalized confirmation letters with directions to the facility are mailed or e-mailed.
- The day before their session, every respondent is given a reminder call.
