Market Decisions Corporation was founded in Portland, Oregon in 1978 as a custom market research firm. Account Management

All projects are initiated by Market Decisions' Account Executives (AEs) who work in close partnership with our clients. AEs have the final accountability for our performance and final deliverables. They also are the primary conduits for client communications.

Market Decisions' client services staff works on management teams, each led by an Account Executive. The team also includes a Project Manager (PM) and/or a Research Analyst (RA), and an "IP" (Information Processing) Programmer. The IP Programmer is responsible for CATI setup & programming (CATI = Computer Aided Telephone Interviewing system) or WebWright programming (web-based surveys) and for creating project cross-tabulation computer analysis.

Market Decisions' staff includes several software applications developers who create custom database and web-based applications for our client's custom needs.

Should special skills be needed, other Market Decisions AEs will be assigned to the team as "internal consultants." Our clients benefit from the combined skills of 9 account executives, combining nearly two hundred years of research experience.
